退款规定（Cobb分校）

1. Tuition payments will be fully refunded if a class is cancelled by Ruby Bridge Chinese Academy.

付款后红帆中文因为各种原因取消的课程，将给予全额退款。

2. After payment is received, all withdrawl requests submitted before classes begin will be subject paypal transaction fee (around 3.5%).

付款后开课之前的退课申请将会扣除Paypal交易手续费（大约3.5%）。

3. Approved refund requests received after the first week of classes will be refunded 75% of the tuition paid and subject to paypal transaction fee (around 3.5%).

开课第一周之后书面提交退款申请的将会得到已交学费的75%并扣除Paypal交易手续费（大约3.5%）的退款额。

4. Approved refund requests received after the second week of classes will be refunded 50% of the tuition paid and subject to paypal transaction fee (around 3.5%).

开课第二周之后书面提交退款申请的将会得到已交学费的50%并扣除Paypal交易手续费（大约3.5%）的退款额。

5. No refunds will be issued after the third week of classes.

开课第三周之后将不给予任何退款。
