退款规定（Cobb分校）

1. Tuition payments will be fully refunded if a class is cancelled by Hongfan Chinese Academy. 

付款后红帆中文因为各种原因取消的课程，将给予全额退款。

2. For Paypal payments, all refund requests will be subject to transaction fee (around 3.5%). 

通过Paypal交款的退款申请将会扣除Paypal交易手续费（大约3.5%）。

3. Book fee is refundable only if the book is returned to school in unused condition. 

退回学校的书本如果没有使用过，可以退款。
